 My Favourite Japanese Dish

    My favorite Japanese would be Takoyaki. Takoyaki is a flour ball that has a piece of octopus in the middle. It is then covered in Japanese mayo and a sweet takoyaki sauce then finished off with "dancing" fish flakes. When I was younger I never liked the texture of the octopus in the middle, but have now come to like it. At home, My mom bought a takoyaki maker. I hope to make this dish soon!
